India, April 4 -- The state chief secretary, Rajesh Aggarwal, stressed the need for various departments to complete all projects in Nashik city and Trimbakeshwar before the commencement of the Simhastha Kumbh Mela.
Aggarwal arrived in Nashik on Friday for his three-day visit to conduct an on-the-spot assessment of different infrastructure projects in Nashik city and Trimbakeshwar.
"I would request the different departments to ensure that the projects are completed on time before the event while maintaining high quality," said Aggarwal.
