Rohtak, Aug. 13 -- The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) team of the Charkhi Dadri police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested the alleged key conspirator behind the August 6 firing outside the city police station and Charkhi Dadri court.

The incident injured seven people who had come for a court hearing. Police said the accused, identified as Amardeep alias Pankaj, a resident of Sahuwas village, was arrested following an encounter with the police. He was also hurt after sustaining bullet wounds in both legs.
