India, April 16 -- Actor and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) chief Vijay is in trouble again ahead of the upcoming Tamil Nadu elections. Chennai police registered a case on Thursday against Vijay and TVK leader N Anand, better known as Bussy Anand, for allegedly conducting a roadshow without prior permission on Wednesday.
