Mohali, March 24 -- The Mohali police have filed a 350-page chargesheet in the court of judicial magistrate Sangam Kaushal in connection with the murder of kabaddi promoter Rana Balachauria at Sohana on December 15, last year. The document details the roles of seven accused, the evidence trail, and the operational chain that led to the fatal shooting during a kabaddi tournament.

According to the chargesheet, Karan Pathak, identified by police as the primary shooter, was killed in an encounter with law enforcement after the incident, while the second shooter, Aditya Kapoor alias Makhan, remains at large.
