Chandigarh, April 18 -- The UT educators face a delay in salaries as almost 1,000 Junior Basic Training (JBT) and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) teachers, 25 cluster resource centre/urban resource centre (CRC/URC) coordinators, 25 special educators, over 50 skill instructors and more than 25 office staff appointed under the Samagra Shiksha (SS) scheme went without their salaries for the month of March with mounted household expenses as the new financial year began,as per teachers' complaints.
