CHANDIGARH, Sept. 7 -- Strengthening the capacity of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and making insolvency resolution faster and more predictable emerged as key concerns at the "IBC Pulse 2.0" conference organised by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) in Chandigarh on Sunday. NCLT president and former Punjab and Haryana high court judge Anupinder Singh Grewal (retd) said the tribunal's role went beyond adjudicating corporate disputes, describing its work as a service to the nation.
