India, Aug. 19 -- The Pune district administration has drawn up a time-bound action plan to tackle traffic congestion, poor road conditions, encroachments, and power supply and other infrastructure problems in the Chakan industrial belt, with officials warning of a 'zero-tolerance' approach towards any violations.

At a review meeting chaired by Pune district collector Jitendra Dudi at the Pimpri-Chinchwad police Commissionerate on Tuesday, senior officials from various government agencies were assigned specific responsibilities and deadlines for implementing the measures.
