Chandigarh, April 28 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has urged a special court in Chandigarh to commence day-to-day hearings in the alleged corruption case involving suspended DIG Harcharan Singh Bhullar and co-accused Krishanu Sharda.
According to court proceedings held on April 24, the CBI's plea, moved under the Prevention of Corruption Act, was registered as an interlocutory application, and the accused were directed to file their reply on the next date of hearing.
