India, Nov. 27 -- Protecting your heart isn't only about cutting back on fried snacks or sugary treats. It can even hide in the way we combine everyday foods. Some pairings may seem harmless on their own, yet together they place extra strain on the cardiovascular system. The surprising part is that many of these foods are commonly eaten at home. The problem arises when they are paired in a way that becomes tough for the body to process efficiently.
