Panchkula, May 9 -- The high-pitched campaigning for the Panchkula municipal corporation (MC) elections ended on Friday evening, with candidates for the mayoral post and 20 ward councillor seats making a final push to woo voters ahead of polling on May 10.
Leaders and candidates of all major political parties remained engaged in roadshows, public meetings and door-to-door campaigns throughout the day to consolidate support in the concluding hours of the campaign.
