India, Sept. 28 -- A video featuring Caleb Flynn discussing his wife during his American Idol appearance has emerged during his current legal proceedings related to the alleged murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn, a charge he continues to deny.

The couple shared two daughters, both of whom were present in the home on February 16th when Caleb stated that an intruder entered and fatally shot Ashley. However, within days of this incident, law enforcement took Caleb into custody following reported discrepancies in his account of events.
