India, May 1 -- BP Business Solutions India Private Limited has leased over 10.4 lakh sq ft of office space in Pune's Kharadi micro-market for a total rent of Rs.1258 crore for 10 years, according to documents accessed by Propstack.

The office space is located at Gera Commerzone R2, Building 4, and has been leased from KRC Infrastructure and Projects Private Limited. The document showed the transaction commenced on April 7, 2025. It said the transaction was charged at Rs.82 per sq ft per month rent, or Rs.8.53 crore rent per month.
