Chandigarh/Agartala, May 29 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president Nitin Nabin on Thursday appointed new state party chiefs for poll-bound Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Tripura, in a party rejig. While Archana Gupta was appointed as BJP Haryana president, Sardar Kewal Singh Dhillon was made the party's Punjab unit chief, according to separate notifications issued by party national general secretary Arun Singh.
