Kolkata, July 5 -- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Saturday asked lawmakers to be "the voice of the last person in society" and underscored that leadership is built through reasoned arguments and constructive plans. He also urged government representatives to listen to the ideas and suggestions of lawmakers with a positive mindset. "We are not merely legislators for our specific constituencies.
