PATNA, July 5 -- The Bihar government on Saturday upgraded the security cover of RJD chief Lalu Prasad and former chief minister Rabri Devi to Z category hours after they shifted to their privately-owned house in Kautilya Nagar from the 10 Circular Road bungalow. About a month ago, their security was downgraded and they were to be protected by the Bihar Special Armed Police. According to an order issued by the home department's Special Branch, both leaders will also receive a bulletproof car, based on the recommendations of the State Security Committee.
