India, April 3 -- The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is set to launch over 4,000 apartments across six housing projects in Bengaluru, BDA officials told Hindustan Times Real Estate. The authority plans to sell them within three years, they said.

The authority is developing around 4,200-4,250 flats across key locations, including Electronics City, Konadasapura, Kalathammanahalli, and Kenchanapura.

The largest of these developments is coming up in Konadasapura, where nearly 2,000 apartments are planned in Phase 1 alone, officials said.

Most of the projects are already under construction, with several expected to be completed by the end of the year.
