Mumbai, June 15 -- In light of the Bengaluru stampede that took 11 lives during RCB's victory celebrations, BCCI's Apex Council meet held virtually on Saturday decided to constitute a three-member committee to formulate guidelines on victory celebrations to prevent such incidents in the future. The panel headed by secretary Devajit Saikia with treasurer Prabhtej Singh Bhatia and vice-president Rajeev Shukla as members will be tasked to come up with guidelines in 15 days.
