India, July 8 -- The Uttarakhand government has constituted a three-member high-level committee to probe alleged irregularities in the donations and offerings at Badrinath temple, following directions from chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. According to an order issued by tourism secretary Dheeraj Singh Garbyal, the committee, headed by the Garhwal commissioner, will examine complaints related to the management of donations and offerings at the shrine. The committee has been asked to submit its report within 15 days. It will also recommend measures to make the management of donations and offerings at the temple more transparent.htc
