India, Aug. 4 -- A Rapido ride turned into an unexpected job request when a man received a WhatsApp message from the rider who had dropped him off. Instead of asking for a rating or feedback, he introduced himself as a recent engineering graduate looking for his first job.

The man shared a screenshot of the message on Reddit, where it drew mixed reactions. While many admired the rider's determination to find work, others raised concerns about privacy and how he contacted the passenger.

The WhatsApp message read, "Hello, good morning, sir. I completed B.Tech. in April 2024, sir, and I am looking for a job, sir. I am a fresher. If you have any vacancy, please message me, sir."
