India, Jan. 15 -- Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor shared glimpses of a Parliament event where Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered an address, which the MP said underlined India's commitment to democracy and diversity.

Tharoor was referencing to the 28th Commonwealth Speakers and Presiding Officers Conference which took place at the Central Hall of Sanvidhan Sadan.

"Spending another day in Parliament with the Commonwealth Speakers and Presiding Officers.
