India, Sept. 8 -- At just 25, Hadi is preparing to launch multiple real estate developments across Kochi with a combined development value of more than Rs.100 crore. It is an ambitious roadmap for a young developer who has also built investor relationships across Singapore and Dubai.

But the story behind that vision didn't begin with real estate.

It began with a boy from a small town in Thrissur who dreamed of becoming a professional cricketer.
