India, April 4 -- Popular Twitch streamer Zack "Asmongold" Hoyt has ignited controversy in the gaming community after criticizing Blizzard Entertainment's decision to introduce an official Pride-themed event in World of Warcraft. The event, known as Darkspear Dash, aims to raise money for The Trevor Project - a nonprofit focused on suicide prevention for LGBTQ+ youth. Asmongold described the move as "unnecessary" and "insecure."
