ASI starts mobile-based audio guide for visitors at Aga Khan Palace
India, Aug. 15 -- On August 15 this year, the Archaeological Survey of India's (ASI's) Mumbai Circle, in collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA); Regional Centre, Vadodara; and Gandhi National Memorial Society (GNMS) will organise Independence Day celebrations at the historic Aga Khan Palace in Pune to honour India's freedom, heritage and classical music.
Based on the theme, 'Celebrating India's freedom through heritage and classical music", the programme aims to celebrate the inextricable bond between India's freedom movement, its rich cultural heritage, and its timeless artistic traditions; according to a statement released by the ASI.
