India, April 3 -- On Monday, the hip hop community made headlines after the arrest of rappers Poor Shiesty and Big30 for allegedly kidnapping another rapper, Gucci Mane. Eight people, including Poor Shiesty's father, were arrested in the investigation by FBI.

The fresh charges means Pooh Shiesty, who was released from prison just in October year, and was on home confinement when the incident happened, will have to go back to jail. Big30, Shiesty's dad, Lontrell Williams, and the seven other coconspirators will face charges in the Northern District of Texas.
