India, Oct. 6 -- Actor Anushka Sharma and her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, have purchased two adjoining apartments in Godrej Skyshore, a luxury residential project in Versova, Mumbai, for a combined Rs.25.80 crore, according to registered agreements for sale accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.

Both agreements were registered on July 8, 2026.

The agreement states that possession of the apartments is scheduled on or before June 30, 2031, indicating that the purchase is in an under-construction project. The payment schedule is linked to construction milestones.
