India, April 7 -- The American Dream is broken, Indian-American congressional candidate Saikat Chakrabarti, a former tech millionaire turned progressive, has said. Chakrabarti, whose social media style has drawn favourable comparisons to New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani, says he wants to be a change candidate.
