New Delhi, April 13 -- A group of former civil servants, academics and transparency activists has raised concerns over the "opaque and non-consultative" manner in which the government is reportedly bringing bills related to women's reservation and delimitation during the special extension of Parliament's Budget Session from April 16 to 18, 2026.
