India, Oct. 15 -- A member of Abu Dhabi's ruling family was found passed out on a London street with a toddler playing barefoot next to her near a busy road. Reportedly, 32-year-old Mahrah Al Nahyan took Class A drugs before she was found slumped on the street near an unconscious man. Members of the public informed the police and took care of the kid until the cops arrived.

She is a part of Abu Dhabi's royal family through marriage. The court heard that the royal receives an £8,000 monthly allowance, reported the Telegraph.
