PANAJI, Sept. 13 -- The Aam Aadmi Party and the Goa Forward Party are expected to announce a pre-election alliance on Sunday, dealing a blow to the Congress' efforts to have a united opposition front against the ruling BJP. AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal who arrived in Goa on Saturday evening, had earlier tweeted that he was headed to Goa to make a "very big announcement". The party has scheduled a press conference on Sunday at 3pm in Panaji.
