India, Oct. 28 -- Karnataka's final electoral roll after the special intensive revision (SIR), released on October 27, has 45,500,011 electors including service electors, 18% (9,932,303) fewer than the pre-SIR count of 55,432,314. Four urban districts in the Bengaluru region - Bangalore Urban, BBMP (South), BBMP (North) and BBMP (Central) - account for 4.5 million deletions between the pre-SIR and final rolls, 45% of the state's total, a district-wise analysis of the two rolls shows.P10
