India, Aug. 7 -- At least six people were killed after a light aircraft crashed in Kenya's capital Nairobi on Thursday. As per reports, the aircraft, identified as a Cessna Citation 560, was headed for Somalia and operated by medical charity AMREF Flying Doctors.

Kiambu County Commissioner Henry Wafula said that four people on board died in the crash. The other two were killed inside the house the plane hit, according reports.

Officials said the plane took off from Wilson Airport and was heading to Hargeisa when it lost contact with air traffic control at around 12:17 pm.
