Chandigarh, Oct. 9 -- While welcoming the new reforms being considered by the GST Council, Haryana chief minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday moved three proposals seeking yet another one-time relief in the time limit for filing appeals against orders relating to the 2017-18 to 2019-20 financial years, and the cancellation of registration with retrospective effect.
