LUCKNOW, Oct. 27 -- The Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) on Monday warned of action against 453 employees who skipped the second phase of Census 2027 training across the city's eight zones, according to an LMC press release on Monday.

Of the 2,720 supervisors and enumerators scheduled for training, only 2,267 attended, taking the overall attendance to 83.35%. The Basic Education Department recorded the highest absenteeism, with 55 employees absent, followed by the Public Works Department (PWD) with 35, according to the LMC's report on Monday.
