New Delhi, Oct. 23 -- Decks have been cleared for the proposed merger of four major government hospitals in east Delhi - GTB Hospital, Delhi State Cancer Institute, Rajiv Gandhi Super Speciality Hospital and the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences - into an autonomous, multi-speciality institution modelled on AIIMS, state health minister Pankaj Singh said on Thursday.
