New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- After a dramatic 24-hour standoff with the Himachal Pradesh Police, the Delhi Police on Thursday formally arrested the three accused they detained from Shimla in connection with the shirtless protest by Indian Youth Congress's (IYC) at the AI Impact Summit. The accused Youth Congress members - Saurabh, Arbaz Khan and Sidharth Avdhut - were produced before a Delhi court, which sent them to three-day police custody, officials said. So far, the Delhi Police have arrested 11 members of IYC , including its chief Uday Bhanu Chib, in connection with the shirtless protest.
