2 Indians killed in US, mutual friend arrested
Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 1 -- A woman from Keralam has been arrested in the US's California in connection with the alleged murder of two other women from the state, the victims' families said on Monday.
The victims were identified as Anjana Hari (35), a native of Thrissur district and Ann Mary Mathew (40) from Thiruvananthapuram district. Their mutual friend, Anila (32), a native of Kottayam district, has been apprehended by the Milpitas police department in San Jose, California and is suspected to be behind both the murders, purportedly committed within a span of a few minutes on August 28.
