Ghaziabad, July 12 -- Two people, including a 16-year-old, were held for allegedly raping and killing a minor in an under-construction mall in Raj Nagar Extension of Ghaziabad, police officers said on Saturday.
According to officers, the accused lured the minor into the building before assaulting her. "We have arrested a 22-year-old man and apprehended the 16-year-old second suspect. The teen planned the crime and instigated the man to assault and kill the girl," deputy commissioner of police Dhawal Jaiswal said. P3
