11-year-dalit boy assaulted by two men in alwar

Jaipur, Aug. 31 -- An 11-year-old Dalit boy in Alwar was assaulted and then threatened at knife point by two men on Saturday when he went to a play in a field, said officials. DSP of Khedli, Kailash Jindal, said, "The incident happened on Saturday morning. The two accused are absconding. One of them is from Gurjar and another is from Meena community. We are searching for him." The two accused were identified as Vikas Meena and Brijendra Gurjar. A case was lodged against them under sections 115 (2), 126 (2), 352, 3 (5) of BNS and necessary sections of POCSO and SC/ST Act. "Further probe is underway," said Jindal. HTC
