Dehradun, July 15 -- The Uttarakhand Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on Tuesday published the draft electoral roll for the state under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026. The draft features 7,133,785 electors, meaning more than 826,000 voters - or over 10% of the state's estimated 7.9 million total voters - are currently missing from the roll. The draft roll comprises 3,723,614 male, 3,409,954 female and 217 third-gender voters. Officials said they have digitised the enumeration forms of 7,133,785 electors, representing 89.61% of the state's 7,960,762 voters.
