'The demands are genuine': No headway in Jharkhand govt's talks with protesting students, stir to continue
India, Aug. 9 -- The Jharkhand government on Saturday held talks with various student outfits amid the massive agitation over alleged irregularities in the recruitment exams conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC), besides issuing an email ID seeking feedback from stakeholders, even as the protesting aspirants decided that their stir would continue until all their demands are met.
The development comes as the protest over the paper leaks entered its 15th day on Saturday.
A four-member cabinet ministers' panel first met the faction of protesters led by JLKM leader Devendra Nath Mahto, whose fast over the issue entered its seventh day on Saturday.
