India, July 31 -- Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha made strong points in Parliament during the debate on the Public Examination (Amendment) Bill, 2026, backing the proposed anti-paper leak law and outlining the Centre's response to the NEET paper leak controversy.

Describing paper leaks as an organised crime rather than isolated incidents, Chadha said the new legislation would introduce India's first comprehensive anti-paper leak framework with stricter punishments, fast-track investigations and systemic reforms to protect the integrity of public examinations.
