India, Aug. 22 -- A simple nail-painting moment between two women at a Hyderabad workplace has touched people online. What started as a casual office break turned into a sweet exchange of kindness after a janitor watched one woman doing her nails.

The video was shared by Instagram user Soundarya Patil, who explained the story behind the moment in her caption.

Patil said she was on a break at work, having tea and doing her nails, when the janitor came over and quietly watched her.
