India, June 5 -- A Bengaluru woman has sparked a conversation on social media after sharing that she quit her Rs.60,000 a month marketing job without having any backup plan.

Diksha, who moved to Bengaluru for the job after getting placed through her college, said she was grateful for the experience but did not want to remain stuck in the same routine.
