New Delhi, May 21 -- The Delhi High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking deregistration of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) over allegations that its leaders, including party convener Arvind Kejriwal, acted contrary to constitutional principles through their conduct during proceedings before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) plea challenging the trial court's discharge order in the excise policy case.
