New Delhi, Aug. 29 -- The Supreme Court on Thursday directed the Uttar Pradesh government to assess the threat perception of the 2017 Unnao rape case survivor's family, the case in which former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator Kuldeep Singh Sengar is the main accused. The direction was passed following the allegations by the survivor's family that soon after their security was withdrawn in March, miscreants attacked and ransacked their house.
