India, Aug. 12 -- Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Wednesday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of threatening hall and banquet owners in the Capital against renting out their spaces for his party activities.

Speaking to reporters, Dipke said a meeting of CJP volunteers in Naraina was cancelled earlier in the day after the banquet hall where it was to be held revoked the booking at the last minute due to "pressure" from the ruling party.

"We were scheduled to hold our volunteers' meet in Delhi today. We were looking for a hall but no one agreed to rent out one to us. Everyone kept saying there was pressure from above and that they cannot give a hall to the CJP. At least 10 places refused to give us space, sayi...
