Goa, Oct. 29 -- Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao has criticised the State Disaster Management Authority over the devastating fire at Vasco's Sunday Market, describing it as "failure management" and alleging that authorities failed to ensure adequate safety measures to prevent the incident.

Alemao questioned the preparedness of the authorities and raised concerns over the effectiveness of existing safety measures, stressing the need for accountability and improved disaster management to prevent similar incidents in the future.
