Morjim, June 18 -- A young woman lost her life in a major road accident reported in Morjim on Wednesday involving a Mahindra Thar SUV, a tempo rickshaw, and a two-wheeler.

According to preliminary information, the woman, who was riding the two-wheeler, sustained fatal injuries in the collision and died on the spot.

The circumstances leading to the accident are yet to be officially established. Police and emergency services rushed to the scene and initiated an investigation to ascertain the cause of the crash.

Further details regarding the identity of the deceased and the condition of the occupants of the other vehicles are awaited.
