Dabolim, Sept. 4 -- Women from across Dabolim came together during the Shravan Mahotsav to felicitate Shri Mauvin Godinho, recognising his continued efforts towards women's empowerment, participation and progress.

As a gesture of appreciation, the women presented Godinho with a specially chosen torch, symbolising light, guidance, opportunity and empowerment.
