Goa, May 14 -- A tragic road accident at Topcola Borim claimed the life of a 60-year-old woman on Thursday, while her husband sustained serious injuries after their motorcycle was hit by a container truck.

The deceased has been identified as Mohini Tukaram Shirodkar, a resident of Borim. According to reports, the couple was travelling towards Margao on their motorcycle when a container truck coming from behind allegedly dashed into the bike on the Margao-Borim-Dhavli road.
